The Freshness Equation: Wine + Neuroscience

The annual event, marking another beautiful year surrounded by our beloved partners and friends, is completed!

This year it was held at the Markos Family Wine Museum, where we had the pleasure to host a truly special evening.

The highlight? A fascinating Masterclass titled: “Deciphering Freshness in Wine” by the Neuroscientist Gabriel Lepousez, researcher at the Pasteur Institute.

Renowned for his work on brain plasticity and sensory perception, his insights into the mechanisms underlying freshness, enchanted us, explaining how it translates into every sip.

The admittedly very hot (!!) evening, obviously continued by tasting labels – examples of the freshness context!
