Τhe “tears” of the vines

Our vines have woken up and we are looking forward to the new harvest arriving!

The first sign of the regeneration of the vines, is the tears in the pruning cuts, meaning the juices that started circulating as soon as the weather warmed up. Then, the eyes that are “swollen” and slowly open, followed by the first 2-3 leaves that come out, and the new shoots that grow more and more every day!

Our journey is off to a great start! We stand by our vines listening to their needs, taking care of them at every stage of their development.

Another step? Weeding to “lighten” them from what is unnecessary and applying plant protection to maintain their health!

The rest of our work will follow, with our only wish… to have a cloudless viticultural year!
