BIODYNAMIC VITICULTURE IN BRIEF
Otherwise the most natural and environmentally friendly way of vine growing!
The philosophy of biodynamic farming is based on 8 lectures given in 1924 by the Austrian philosopher Rudolf Steiner, related to the human need to produce food of high quality and nutritional value.
The most important points:
- The vineyard is considered a living and autonomous organism, at the center of which is the man with whom it coexists harmoniously.
- All the work is based on the biodynamic calendar, moon cycles and planetary movements.
- We use special handmade preparations and compost from plants and manure for plant protection, nutrition and regeneration of plants and soil.
- The certification is issued by the global organization Demeter.
